The staff here is great, my husband LOVE’S this place. They always make his very special frappe on point and to the order. The staff is so cute and friendly. I give all of them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience at this Starbucks! Jessica was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. Her positive attitude and great customer service really made my visit better. Thank you, Jessica! ☕️

I order the exact same drink several times a week: a flat white with an extra shot of espresso. Somehow, every visit is a new drink- it’s either a watery, milky mystery with barely any coffee, a lonely single shot or a double espresso with a splash of cold milk. Please train the employees to stick to the recipe. I love surprises, but not in my coffee.

Terrible customer service! The employees have a terrible attitude , especially Taylor. She served me and wasn’t pleasant and was rude when I asked for clarification on the menu. She sighed and gave me a sarcastic remark. Won’t be returning ……..
